Alicia Marie Walker, wife of the actor Paul Walker, has filed for divorce. Reason being stated as adultery

Paul Walker's jaw dropped as he read the notification about himself. He rubbed his eyes again. He had every newsworthy story about himself sent to his phone. He was certainly surprised to hear about a possible divorce from his loving wife.

"What is it? What's wrong?" His girlfriend, Kristi, asked softly from where she lay next to him. It was 4:30 AM and he had been woken by his phone.

Paul glared at her, "Shut up." He hissed as he climbed out of her bed and began dressing. Kristi stared at him.

"Where are you fucking going?" She snapped as she sat up, pulling the blankets around her.

Paul frowned, "I am going to go home." He glanced around and grabbed his keys and sunglasses.

"Home? You never go home." Kristi said in annoyance. Paul looked at her like she was some pathetic teenage girl.

"Will you shut up? You're not my fucking wife. Ali is. So bye." He left her like that.

Paul headed straight over to his and Ali's townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He had been at Ali's beach house on the Jersey Shore so he got into Brooklyn around 6:30am.

"Run time, Matthew!" Chris called as she walked into the living of the apartment she shared with her best friend Matt. They ran onto every weekday morning before he headed to work and she headed to her internship. "Oh awkward." She muttered, Matt was ushering his one night stand out the door. He shut the door when she left and laughed. "Get dressed." Chris smiled.

"Yeah yeah, I'll be ready in ten minutes." Matt laughed slightly.

"And you're a whore!" Chris called, jokingly as he shut his door to get changed.

Ali was in the kitchen when he reached the house. She looked at him and nodded at the table, where the divorce papers sat.

"Why did I learn of a divorce from the fucking news?" He snapped. Ali rolled her eyes at him.

"I am done doing this, Paul. And you can get your fucking whore out of my house since I am probably moving there."

She laughed as she got a drink of water. She checked her phone to see if her sister had texted yet. Ali was expecting a huge blow-out with Paul that morning.

"Don't be stupid." Paul snapped, "We're not getting a divorce."

"I'm the whore?" Matt laughed, "put some clothes on". She was in runners shorts and a sports bra.

"I am." She grabbed one of his clean t-shirts off the couch put it on and smiled.

Ali just looked at him, "Paul, I'm not scared of you anymore. So just shut the fuck up. Sign the papers so we don't have to do a fucking drawn out court thing where I take EVERYTHING you have."

Paul walked towards her, "I said we're not getting divorced." She said nothing so he grabbed her arm.

"Just let go. I'm done.. I am taking control of my life again. YOU don't control me. YOU are not going to cheat on me and have me PRETEND I don't know what you're doing. I'm done."

He just smiled and they went out on their run.

"We're NOT done." He said sternly.

They came back breathing heavily. Chris laid down on the floor and took Matt's t-shirt off, "That was a good run."

Ali just rolled her eyes and pulled away from him, "Something you haven't realize since you have been too busy with her, is that I don't have ANYTHING in this house anymore. Now, tell her to leave my house or I will kill her." Paul watched her leave.

Matt grinned, "I', starved. You hungry?"

Paul just stared down at his phone, thinking, deciding what to do. Should he call his girlfriend?

"So hungry!" Chris said as she got up from the floor.

"Blueberry pancakes?" Matt asked.

"Yes, please!" She smiled.

He finally decided to call her and tell her to get out and take all of her things. Then he called his wife, "What can I do to fix this?"

Matt quickly whipped up some delicious blueberry pancakes.

"You can't." Ali said simply.

"Love you!" Chris said as she ate.

Paul frowned. He walked through his house and looked around. When he'd first married Ali, the house had been full of her. Not her personal items, but her spirit. Now it was gone. He couldn't help but wonder how long it had been like this, "Please Ali...Give me a chance?"

"No. I guess you just don't realize what you've got until it's gone. Just sign the fucking divorce papers." Ali responded. She was trying not to cry as she drove. She love Paul very much. But that didn't make up for everything he had done.

"No." Paul muttered.

"And I love you." Matt smiled at her.

"Paul, just sign the damn papers." Ali said.

Matt ate as well, "What do you want to do today?"

"I think I might have a lunch date with Topher." Christina said, a guy she had been casually seeing that Matt did not like.

paul sighed and hung up the phone. he was trying to figure out how to fix things.

matt scowled, "sounds nice."

He got into his car.

"Try a little harder to fake it next time, I almost believed you." Chris mumbled.

The first thing he did was call his girlfriend and arrange for a get together. Little did his girlfriend know but this would be the last time she saw him personally.

Matt scowled, "Well, I don't like him."

He headed to the location quickly, he wanted to get it all over with.

"Well, you don't like anyone I date." Chris muttered.

"That's because you have bad taste." Matthew smiled slightly.

She rolled her eyes, "You're one to talk." She rarely liked Matt's girlfriends.

She greeted him with a kiss, "Why'd you make me leave the house?"

Paul just looked at her, "Ali's house. You and I are over."

"Well, I just like girls that will give it up." He said jokingly. He was trying to keep her from being angry.

"Excuse me?" She snapped.

Chris threw a blueberry at him and laughed.

Paul looked at her calmly, "I love my wife..."

"Yeah well you have been 'loving' me for the past forevever!"

"This means war." He said as he looked at her.

"Look, it's over." Paul said simply.

They threw blueberries at each other and chased each other around the kitchen. Matt finally caught her as they laughed they fell into a kiss.

"Why?" She whined.

They kissed for a few minutes and then finally pulled away awkwardly.

Paul was losing his patience, "GIVE IT UP."

"Uh..I'm sorry..." Matthew said.

"Me too." Chris looked away and grabbed her cup of coffee.

Two months later...


Paul stared at his wife, "PLease." He whispered across the table. She looked at him and raised an eyebrow coldly.

"Shut the fuck up, Paul."

Chris glanced up at Matt and smiled slightly.

Paul raised an eyebrow but closed his mouth.

Matt caught her glance as she immediately looked down. "Hungry?" He asked, without looking up from his newspaper.
