"So what's the deal with this Luke guy?" Ben asked.

Chris shrugged, "Nothing yet. We kissed." She smiled at the memory.

Ben raised an eyebrow, "That's cute."

"Oh shut up." Chris muttered.

Ben smiled at her, "I really like her."

Chris sighed, "Well..."

Ben stared at his sister, "What?"

"She's in a serious relationship. Maybe you should pick girls who aren't taken." She said this simply.

He rolled his eyes, "Jade will pick me when it comes down to it."

Jade yawned and rolled out of bed. She quickly showered and dressed in a pair of jeans, an undershirt and a button up blue and pink plaid.

"Yeah after months of drama and complication..." Chris pointed out.

"Since when are you the expert at relationship advice?" Ben snapped slightly. Then he sighed, "I'm sorry. That was mean."

"Hey." She said to Chad when she saw him.

Chris glared at him for a moment, "You're a jerk. That's why she's never going to choose you. We got here and you see this new sexy, grown up version of Jade. I saw the look on your face. Don't fucking break her heart. I love her. I will hurt you over her."

Chad grinned, "Hey baby. If you're sick you shouldn't have come." He kissed her cheek and she smiledat him.

"I felt better. Plus you know I hate sitting at the house, even if I am sick." She leaned in to him. Jade didn't feel guilty about Ben at all

Ben grumbled, "I'm not going to hurt her."

"Everything with you is a game!" Chris said.

Chad smiled, "Well, go back and lay down if you start feeling uneasy again."

"No it isn't! I like Jade. I didn't like Andie." He said, referring to the girl the taboid scandal was about.

She nodded, knowing that she was fine, "I'll go take care of the horses."

"You've become reacquainted with her for like sixteen hours. That's called infutuation." Chris mumbled, she didn't trust her brother and women.

"Kay babe." Chad smiled.

Ben heard her but chose to ignore her. Instead he texted Jade. And ot a little irritated when she didn't respond. Little did he know but she had left her phone in the house.

Jade yawned as she began brushing one of the 10 horses.

"Oh shit. That's him. I look gross." Chris mumbled as she turned bright red and turned towards the window.

"Who?" Ben asked.

"Luke, from last night."

Her mind wondered to the past night.

Ben smiled slightly, "Look at you! Freaking out. Hahaha. Don't worry sis. You look wonderful."

'Hey Chris!" Luke said with a smile as he walked in.

Chad sighed as he went back to feeding all of the animals. He was behind because of her this morning.

"Hi." She said, Ben and her had just ran 4 miles she wanted to hide under the table. Luke walked over, "This is my brother Ben."

Ben stood up and shook Luke's hand.

Luke smiled at him politely.

Ben looked at Chris, "I'm going to go back. See you later." He kissed her cheek and off he went.

Before Chris could say anything he rushed off.

"Ah. Yeah, so I just ran four miles and I look awful." Chris laughed slightly.

He smiled and leaned in to kiss her cheek, "Honey, you look beautiful."

Chris blushed, "Want a cup of coffee or something?"

"No. I really just ran into town to grab a few things for the house and farm. But, I may just have to take a break and eat while you drink."

"I don't want to hold you up!" She said.

"A man's gotta eat." He smiled and sat down.

He waved at a waitress and she nodded athim.

"Uhm. Don't you hav to order?" Chris asked him.

"Perks of a small town. They know what I want." He grinned.

"So where are you taking me tonight?" Chris asked.

"It's a surprise but bring your camera." Luke smiled.

Chris smiled, "My camera? How should I dress?

"Hm. Just bring a bathing suit, just in case."

Chris smiled, "This certainly sounds like a unique date!"

Luke smirked, "Of course. I wouldn't plan anything less for you."

Chris smiled slightly, "I think you're very different from any other man I've ever spent time with."

Luke grinned, "I think I like the sound of that."
