Promises and Chances

Orlando Bloom shoved her as hard as he could. Jadyn fell back, sprawled on the floor. She stared up at him with an emotion he couldn't name.

"AND CUT!" The director shouted. Orlando frowned and helped Jadyn up off the floor.

"I fucking hate this scene." He muttered to her as they walked off set to watch the replay.

Five minutes later...

"It's amazing." Jadyn said softly. She was holding Orlando's hand. The scene was very emotional and very breathtaking. It was a view of Orlando as an evil man.

Orlando shrugged, "It looks too real." He wished he'd never agreed to play the role of a rapist and serial killer. He squeezed Jadyn's hand and she smiled at him. Her smile could brighten his day.

"Don't you think that's enough for today? We've been filming for hours." Jadyn suggested softly to the director.

He nodded. "Get some rest guys."

"Thanks." Orlando smiled. He was happy to be out early.

Just then his personal assistant came rushing in with his coffee, "Sorry sorry! The Starbucks on Beverly was closed so I had to go all the way to sunset and then line was insane..." Lina then looked around, "Oh you're done early." She took a breath.

Jadyn smiled at Lina, "Yup. Let's go to the apartment." She made a face at Lina to let her know that she needed to talk.

"Okay." She handed Orlando the coffee, "Sorry again."

He took it and smiled slightly, "No worries doll."

The girls left.

"I'll see you later, OB!" Jadyn called. As soon as they were out of earshot, she turned to Lina, "He's going to have a freaking breakdown. He HATES having to shove me and stuff."

"Maybe he should pull out of the movie." Lina sighed.

"We're like halfway through it." She sighed, shaking her head softly, "Just talk to him about it. He's my friend but he KNOWS you much better." Jadyn sighed as she looked at Lina, "I have to hold his hand for him to even get through watching the scene."

Lina nodded. She was worried, she really liked her boss. "I will talk to him."

Jadyn nodded, "Thanks. Orlando's sanity is more important than this movie. It will be his greatest performance though."

Orlando walked into his trailer and stared into the mirror.

Lina nodded, "I agree. I'm going to go speak to him." Lina sighed. Her personal life was already a mess and now her professional one was becoming one as well. She was worried about him.

He quickly looked away, disgusted.

The girls parted ways.

Orlando opened the trailer door when Lina arrived.

"Hey Lee." He smiled, "You're off for the day. Get out of here love."

"Can we talk?" She asked.

He nodde her.

"This film seems to really be getting to you." Lina sat next to him, "Are you okay?"

He nodded at her, "I'm fine. Promise."

"But you're not fine." Lina pushed slightly.

Orlando sighed, "No...I'm not. I get so into character. I'm afraid that I won't be able to stop being this monster."

"Maybe you shoud pull out." Lina suggested.

"It's nearly finished." Orlando sighed.

Lina shrugged, "So what? No one cares as much about the movie as they do you. That's what Jadyn wanted to talk to me about."

I forgot my girls name. lol.

"I just want to be left alone."

Lina shook her head, "We can't just leave you alone. She and I care about you."

Orlando sighed, "What if I hurt you? I know she told me to get into character and really shove her and everything but I know I hurt her when I pushed her on set. I watched her limping." He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.

Lina sighed, "Lando....don't you realize that you're not turning into this monster? You're sitting here stressed out that ou are but you're not even close! You feel bad about pushing her during a scene."

Orlando sighed, "I feel like I BECOME him when I'm filming."

"You're only acting!" Lina pointed out.

Orlando nodded. He was starting to see it her way.

"Want to all get some food?" She smiled.

He nodded so she called what's her face.
