Lauriel glanced sharply to the left and Aragorn motioned for everyone to halt. He knew well enough to pay attention the elves and their reactions.

"What is it, Lauriel?" Aragorn asked softly. Without answering she pushed her horse to a trot. In the direction of whatever she'd heard, "Lauriel!" Aragorn yelled. He followed her, surprised to see her kneeling by a woman.

He looked silently unaware of what was going on.

Lauriel was whispering underneath her breath. Aragorn couldn't make out what it was but he knew it was a spell.

"There are orcs about." Legolas said softly as he joined Aragorn.

"Okay, men be on your guard!" He yelled to the rest of the group.

Lauriel looked up, "I need to get her to safety. I can't save her in the middle of a battle."

"Lauriel we must go." Aragon whispered.

Legolas heard noise in the bushes next to him in one swift move he pulled a girl gently from the bushes.

"Why on earth are you out here?" He asked the mystery girl

Lauriel's cheeks were tinged with color. Aragorn then realized how much the spell was taking out of her. He pulled her up and she got on her horse. Then Aragorn handed her the woman.

"I was traveling with my family..." The girl said softly. Legolas looked at her closely and realized how beautiful she was.

"You shouldn't wander from the group." Legolas said gently.

Aragorn knew he recgonized the woman from somewhere.

"I wasn't."

"Hello..." He tried to speak with her.

He looked at her disbelievingly. "Okay maybe a little." She admitted, "I was curious. No one lets me get very far."

She was barely concious so she didn't respond.

"Why?" Legolas asked as he helped her onto a horse.

He sighed softly.

"They just don't." Violet (forgot to name her lol) lied.

"Let's ride." Aragorn ordered as he turned his horse back on track. They were headed back to Gondor.

Violet road next to Legolas during the trip. She knew her guardian would be angry for not explaining where she went but she didn't care.

Legolas nodded towards the unconcious woman and asked, "Is she your sister? You look similar."

Violet nodded, "Lorien...will she live?"

"I'm sure, Lauriel is a wonderful witch."

Violet smiled, she knew her sister was strong. "What is your name?"

"I'm Legolas."

"I'm Violet." She smiled.

Two hours later, they rode into Gondor. Horns were blown to announce the arrival of the king.

"I must go." Violet said.

"Where?" Legolas asked quickly, "Aragorn is the king here. He can provide you with everything you need."

"I know but family will be wondering where I am." Violet explained.

This post is pointless just seeing if i can on my new phone =] it think i shall have Violet hhave just broken free from a bethrothal and wants to have and adventure. Her family is mad she refused to marry the prince they wanted her to marry. She and her sister aka your girl are very close. She will find out Legolas is engaged after shes already found out shes pregnant

Legolas nodded.

Aragorn led the people carrying Lorien to a room where Lauriel could work her magic.

Violet looked around and noticed the absence of her sister. She was far back in the group earlier and hadn't seen what happened. "On second thought..maybe you can help me find me sister."
