ONE MONTH LATER
"DAMN IT TAMARA! HOW COULD YOU FUCKING LET HIM DO THAT!" Orlando shouted as he stood in front of his ex. She stared at him and raised an eyebrow.
"What the fuck are you going on about?" She finally said.
"Our son has joined the freaking navy." He spat out. Tamara's eyes widened.
"What?"
"DAMN IT TAMARA! HOW COULD YOU FUCKING LET HIM DO THAT!" Orlando shouted as he stood in front of his ex. She stared at him and raised an eyebrow.
"What the fuck are you going on about?" She finally said.

"Jonathan joined the navy." Orlando exclaimed.

"You're kidding me, right?" Caden muttered from the passenger seat of Jon's car. The two were hanging out as usual, just as friends.
"No." He shook his head.
"You're so fucking stupid! People die all the time, Jonathan! MY dad is dying and he can't help it I watch my mother die a little everyday seeing the man she loves so sick and you're going to put yourself in danger! You could just be throwing your chance away!" Caden snapped as she got out and slammed the door. She started walking towards the beach they were parked at. Jon shook his head and ran after her.
"Caden!" He shouted as he put his hands on her shoulders and turned him around to face him.
"No! It's not fair. I can't be-" Before she could finish he captured her lips in a passionate kiss.

Shae slipped into the bathroom with a glass of water for Hayden. He had just vomited, a side affect of the chemo.
"Here love..." She handed it to him and she rubbed his back, "You okay?"
"I'm fine. I told you don't worry." He muttered. "I'm fine."
She knelt on the floor hugged him and kissed his forehead, "Okay baby." She whispered as she felt her heart break into a million tiny pieces.

As they kissed Jonathan picked her up, wrapping her legs around his waist. He moved them to the lifeguard hut, he used to work at the beach in the summers growing up, it was night now. No one would be in there. He laid her down on the bed as they kissed, they both knew it was wrong be neither wanted to pull way from the kiss.

Jackson busted into the bathroom and hugged his father, "Hi Daddy! I missed you today!" He had been playing with a friend. "Hi mommy!" He kissed her cheek.
